Onlookers were helpless watching this vicious attack! Actually, we can't figure out what zoo this great series of pics comes from, but we had to share them all the same.

Could it be Knut from Berlin Zoo? Or maybe Snowflake from Nuremberg? My money is on Knut, though.

This is definately Knut at the Berlin Zoo. I collected his photo’s during his mega-media blitz. The leg is his care-giver who is now deceased.

What is the name of that other famous young polar bear again? I believe it was also born in a German Zoo.

If it is Knut than the one he is “attacking” is Thomas Doerflein, who sadly past away this year…

Can I be attacked next? Yeah, makes me think Knut.

The other famous polar bear in Germany is (was, she’s grown up now) Flocke, from Nuremberg Zoo 🙂

There’s also little Wilbaer at the Wilhema Zoo in Stuttgart. But I don’t know if he’s out visiting the public yet.

the polar bear is so cute….

I’m also pretty sure this is Knut from the Berlin Zoo. I had the pleasure of going to see him last fall and my goodness he’s big now! He was just about 2 when I saw him.

It’s amazing how something so adorable is one of the most dangerous animals on Earth!

That is Knut with the late Thomas Dorflein’s leg. Flocke is now in Antibes, France with her playmate Rasputin and Wilbaer shares a huge enclosure with his mate Ewa in Orsa Gronklitt Park in Sweden. Check the web. There are lots of photos and websites available.
