The Newest, Cutest Baby Animals from the World's Zoos & Aquariums

Posted in , , ,

Three-week-old White-Cheeked Gibbon baby 'Walli' drinks bottled milk in the arms of surrogate mother Christina Schneider at the Schwerin Zoo in Germany yesterday, November 25th. The baby was not accepted by its mother and therefore has to be raised by hand. 'Walli' has to be fed every two hours. The hand raising will take about six months.

Ok Giboon puns are officially my new favorite thing. He’s just so cute, mean mommy for not wanting him that is just a little depressing.

Nevermind the hilarious gibbon, I just love the gorgeous smile on it’s ‘Mum’s’ face! Looks like baby is in great hands.

I wanted to let you know someone has listed this monkey on a site for sale and trying to pass the baby off as being a little girl by the name of Rita. They have the same exact pictures you have posted and have even gone as far as to say the monkey is with them in missouri.they are trying to get people to send them money for the shipping cost. I just wanted to let you know.

that is the site that I spoke about. and if you contact the person they will email you and lead you on. I just wanted you to be aware of the scam someone is using your pictures to do.

    Hi Carrie,
Thanks for the heads up. This seems like a poorly thought out scam to us given that A) if you Google the email address (babyrayandpatricia@yahoo) it shows the animal being listed in multiple states and B) they are talking about a capuchin but showing a baby gibbon. If this is real, it may actually sadly be legal (but deplorable), depending on the state.

Just to let people know, these wonderful pictures are still being used in a scam on multiple free classifieds sites (scammers e-mail: babyrayandpatricia@yahoo.com)
I have a very nice collection going of many pics of monkeys from multiple aliases sent to me by these scams.

This just happened to us but it was little different. They are going by the name of (primatestore426@gmail.com.) they told us they were in pensilvania and that they were free but the shipping was $380 for both boy and girl. This one named “jerry” and another one called”kitty”. I reversed image searched and this popped up. They wanted us to go to walmart and put the money into their banking account at western union
