The Newest, Cutest Baby Animals from the World's Zoos & Aquariums

Three-week-old Porcupine babies break for lunch at the Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Photographer Nicki Miller caught snaps of these prickly little girls (named Quilly & Quinny) last week. The babies are only a month old and enjoy snacking on a special mixture of veggies and fruits.

those porcupines are so cute, and if one really lets them be themselves, they ARE VERY INTELLIGENT.I know, this last year i`ve been without porcupines in 20yrs. I have always in those years had porcupines living in the house with me, with dogs, danes, rotte, borzi, border collie and a one wing crow.I am taking about the NORTH AMERICAM PORCUPINE. i have watch two mons taking care of what baby wanted to nurse, plus my two females also fed Pan an orphan that came in , and that was lucky , and so nice of the two mons to take care of him. Dad played with his two youngins and with foster baby pan, seemed all got along well.I also had a BIG cage outdoors so if wanted they could go.But many times it was more fun to open and close doors and try to get into trouble, i had to make my house porcupine safe. Those were non releaseable and i needed to do a study o0f how they would into act with themselves and other animals and how long mon would nurse and much more i found out. they had to much fun getting into things.
