Less than a year old and barely out of their mothers' pouches, two young joeys visited the San Diego Zoo Safari Park's veterinary hospital for their first medical exam. The two youngsters, named Thackary and Milo, were born last year in the Zoo's Koala Colony. Both babies received clean bills of health.

Thank you for posting this little confection of Koala goodness. I have always thought grown Koalas were cute, but had no idea how adorable their mini-me’s were. Please keep us updated on their progress and thank you for your good work.

Oh so cute! I didn’t know they made little squeaky noises!
I’ve been to Australia a couple times and held a koala who was very used to humans… when I saw the koala getting patted on the head, I couldn’t help but remember they told me at the time that koalas don’t like their heads touched as it’s a vulnerable spot. That is one chilled-out, relaxed or possibly sedated koala then!

Very sweet baby, but someone needs to edit the text the first paragraph doesn’t make any sense, it has to many typographical errors and or grammatical ones.
